My package was stolen/ damaged/ missing what should I do?

All orders are shipped via USPS ( priority mail). Once items are shipped it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages and/or melted items. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please file a claim with USPS.
If an item is incorrect or missing from your package, please contact us via email immediately for a resolution.

 
What if I have allergies?

Please make sure to thoroughly read our ingredients listed in the description section before purchasing. If you experience any rash or irritation, please discontinue using the product(s) immediately.

We at Sweet Body Essence advise customers with allergies/ skin sensitivities to fully read and understand the product label. We advise people with skin sensitivities to do a skin patch test before using any Sweet Body Essence products to confirm there will be no reaction.

 

In-person pickup

Is only available to family, friends, etc. Once you placed an order, message us on here requesting to pick up your order. Your shipping fee will be returned and we will provide you with an date to pick up order.
